We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. The delivery by the service provider DHL/DPD usually takes 2-3 working days. 

Please note: When using the payment method Klarna pay in advance, the payment confirmation is usually delayed by 2 working days. Only then will the order be processed in our logistics centre.

No. You can also place an order with us using the guest account. If you decide to create an account during the order process, you can do so at any time. It will save you a lot of time for all further purchases in our online shop. With your e-mail address and password, you can log in easily and do not have to re-enter your contact details each time. Your personal data will of course be stored and handled in accordance with the legal regulations. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as your parcel has left our logistics centre. There you will find a link to the corresponding DHL or DPD shipment tracking. If you have a customer account with us, you can also view the shipping status in your customer account.

We are excited to inform you about our NEW application My Hahnemühle which was launched on 23rd of November 2025. My Hahnemühle is a new, upgrated software platform and enhanced digital experience that will serve as the central hub for all Hahnemühle applications and services moving forward.

With My Hahnemühle you'll benefit from:

All your account details will be stored in My Hahnemühle where you can manage your account details.

You can manage all your data within your account in the webshop or you edit the details directly in My Hahnemühle. Once you have logged in, you can change your name, password, or phone number, add your default shipping and billing address, and specify which communications you would like to receive from us.

Note: You cannot change your email address in your account as this is used as your Hahnemühle ID. If you would prefer to use a different email address, you can add up to 5 additional contact emails in My Hahnemühle or you can create a new account.

You can reset your password and create a new one. Please follow these steps to reset your password:

1. On the 'Reset your password' page, enter your email address and confirm with 'Contirnue'. 
2. You will be asked to confirm your email address next. Go to your inbox and find our email with the 6-digit code. If you don't find the email, please check your spam folder or use 'Resend email'! 
3. Return to the ‘Confirm your email address’ page, enter the 6-digit code you received, and confirm with ‘Continue‘. If your email and code match, you will get the option to enter a new password; otherwise, check the code again, or simply start over from Step 1.
4. On the ‘Reset your password’ page, enter your new password and confirm with ‘Reset password‘. You are allowed to enter your previous password if it meets the requirements; however, we highly recommend choosing a different password.
   
5. Voilá, you are all set! You can now log in to My Hahnemühle or proceed in the Webshop and start from there.
   

We are delighted to welcome you as a new customer! Creating a My Hahnemühle account is completely free of charge. There are various ways to register as a customer: via our webshops, our app, our corporate website etc. You can also register as a member while placing your order to enjoy all the benefits right away. My Hahnemühle is a centralised application for login and registration process.

You will still be able to use your normal procedure and go directly to your favorite Hahnemühle app like webshop; however, when you choose to log in, you will be forwarded to the My Hahnemühle login page. There you can create a new account and go through the registration process. Once you have create an account and enter your existing credentials (email and password), you will be automatically redirected back to where you started, in our case, webshop.

The proper handling of your personal data is very important to us. However, there may be reasons for deleting your account. You can, of course, inform us via the contact form on our website; we will then delete all data that can be traced back to you as quickly as possible (except for data that we are permitted or required by law to store).

On the home page of our shop you will find the newsletter form for registration. To do this, we need your email address and confirmation of the link that you will receive from us after registration. The newsletter will be the first to inform you about new products, discount offers and much more.

Is there an article that you particularly like? Why not add it to your list of favourites and have it displayed right on the start page? All you have to do is click on the product, select the product options and click on "Add as favourite".
